Rivers Edge Golf Course, previously named Burley City Municipal Golf Course, is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in Burley, Idaho. The name change happened in 2014.
The course first opened for play in 1935.
This scenic course borders the Snake River. Wildlife, including geese, eagles, and ducks, are frequent course visitors. The fairways are lined with old growth trees and are of medium width. The terrain is rolling with some undulation. Water comes into play on a few holes.
Par for the course is 72. From the back tees, the course plays to 6,507 yards. From the forward tees, par is 75 and the course measures 5,666 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 18, a par-5 that plays to 537 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 7, a par-3 that plays to 161 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 8, a 433-yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Rivers Edge is # 14, a 468 yard par-5.
